These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

If you are not happy with a product please return the good(s) to us within 7 working days for either a replacement, refund or a credit note. Please note that there will be a restocking fee of 10% deducted from your refund. This fee is to cover all administration costs incurred by The Glitter Garden, including the initial order and the refund costs. The buyer is responsible for incurring the postage charge to return the good(s) to us. We recommend that you use recorded delivery or above to ensure that the parcel reaches us, as The Glitter Garden cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. Items returned must be in as new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any good(s) that are not returned in a new, resalable condition.

In the highly unlikely event of goods being faulty, we will replace or refund the item in full and refund any carriage charges that you incur. Please inform us of any fault within 3 days of receipt either by email. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

We accept Paypal as method of payment. All transactions are processed using a secure server.

At all times we ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate, we do reserve the right to validate all prices before we process your order.

We ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately, we will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website.

When you place an online order with us, you will receive a confirmation email.

This confirmation email does not guarantee our acceptance or despatch of the order. When we accept your order an additional email will be sent to you confirming the goods have been despatched.
