All Orders are despatched within 7-10 days. In most cases we will despatch orders same day or next day. During busy periods e.g. Christmas, despatch times may be longer.

We will ship internationally, please contact us for further details before placing an order so we can quote you a price for shipping/handling internationally. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for international delivery without prior contact, and retain a handling fee.

All our orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery, insured up to the full value of the parcel. Please allow 10 working days for delivery once despatched before contacting us.

Please ensure someone will be at the address you have provided to sign for the goods you have ordered, if Royal Mail are unable to deliver the goods they will return the goods to the Sorting Office for you to collect.

The Glitter Garden takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address. Please note that unless the parcel has been returned to us by Royal Mail a refund will not be issued.

If your goods have not been received within 10 working days of despatch we will require your assistance to claim for a lost parcel from Royal Mail. If your assistance is not forthcoming, we reserve the right to retain any replacement goods until such a time that Royal Mail cover the cost of the original package. No replacement goods will be sent out until a satisfactory outcome has been reached with Royal Mail.
